As expected the furniture looks quite stunning and although still to be dressed has provoked a lot of attention. The delivery team were a delight to work with and the installation was carried out quickly and efficiently. The matresses arrived the following day and we have started to earn from them already.
As soon as the beds are furnished with their drapes I will forward a set of photos for your library.

Our beautiful bed arrived safe and sound today. We are thrilled with combination of designs we chose and the way you crafted this masterpiece. Couldn't be happier with the finished product. You exceeded our expectations of how the bed would look in real life. Today it is around 95 degrees F in Houston and we hurriedly unpacked the Robinson's crates in the hot sun so we could set up the bed as soon as possible. It all went together perfectly.
For your reference, Robinson's (shippers) did a great job. Carol has been an interior decorator for 30 years and commented that she had never seen such a professional packing job. The Robinson's people were a delight to work with and they got your bed here just as it left your workshop.
If we can be a reference to Bylaws and the wonderful work you do, please feel free to pass our name along to prospective customers. Carol will now be on the lookout for her clients who want something very special that Bylaws can create.

…everything was much admired by the collection of visitors who seem to have been passing through for days on end! Most admired is, of course, the panelling on the landing simply because it is so prominent and unusual. The staircase is stunning but looks as though it was always there (as does the flagstone floor). Interestingly, the meter cupboards are only seen as people leave and, yet again, Bylaw's name comes to the fore. Those staying overnight have also been amazed by the wonderful bedhead. We've already had a couple of genuine enquiries as to how you may be able to help others who are in the process of buying homes near here. We've obviously recommended you very highly. Anyway, we are thrilled with it all and may we thank you and the team once again for your brilliant craftsmanship and, not least, the team's courteousness on site.
